Hi guys,

I  called USCIS today to ask about my case and she said that we are approved! The new site updated after an hour of the phone call. I am so exited and no RFE! Looks like there was another approval here today as well! She said I have to wait for the NO2 for further instructions. I was crying happy tears. Hang in there everyone! Praying for more approvals this week!

Got my RFE in the mail today, it was none of the things I had speculated it might be.  I missed the checkbox that a lot of people seem to miss about ever having been arrested/charged with a crime.  I wracked my brain for like 20 minutes to make sure I have never been arrested or had any run-ins with the law that I've forgotten about, even though I'm certain I haven't.  The part about having been fined or cited really made me cautious though, because a fine is something you could easily forget about.  This process has me second-guessing everything!  Checked it, signed it, and will send it back tomorrow.  Hopefully we'll hear back soon! 🤞

Good day! Pardon my lack of knowledge but I’ll ask here anyway cos i know i can a get proper response im getting overwhelmed by details.😪

our request for transfer to another embassy/consulate was granted. (This request was done when we were both confused/planning but then NVC acknowledged request)

Interview will be now in the Philippines instead of UAE. So, can i set an appointment online and pay for it before coming to Ph? My objective is to set an appointment long and right enough to prepare And file resignation etc.

thanks!

Track the case number in CEAC if it says “Ready” then that’s the time you will be secured that it reached already in the US embassy manila. Then you can pay the visa and etc. Congrats sis.. 😘😘
