What the? I didn't even get a paper confirmation? Just the email. Only paper is NOA1. Nothing for denials of my expedites or processing time requests or answers.

Would you want to get your responses via mail and not email? Because by mail you only find out when it gets to your house as per email it's immediate. My inquiry was answered on Tuesday and I'm still waiting for something to come.

Our RFE may be for the same because I didn't write anything about how we met initially either.  It never even occurred to me because they don't ask about it on the form or in the instructions and I filled it out before finding VJ.  It's so stupid that they send RFEs for things that they never asked for.

I also forgot to check the box asking if the beneficiary has ever been to the U.S. before, so I expect it could be either or both of these things.

Don’t forget to date it. Did they include an extra envelope printed in red color?

Happy for you my friend..

Yep! I tried to take a photo but my phone pics are too good and the resolution is too high. Red envelope and I signed and dated the form. I wish the mail would have come 4 hours ago because I would have mailed it out immediately. Oh well. Whats a few more days! :) Woo Hoo!

We included an extra paper explaining how we met and label it as “I-129F Supplement: Part 2 Question 53-54” in our packet. I must say that is one of the trickiest questions in the form. But I’m glad your RFE only needs that information.

Moving ahead my friend... Almost there at the peak of our approval...🤞

You mentioned before you commited an offense. If I remember it right. Did you tick the question in the form regarding that?

On page 8 of the form they ask to describe the circumstances of meeting in person. It's brief, but it's there.

As to a a detailed explanation of the couples relationship, I don't think they ask for that in the packet. A lot of people get approved without that.

You are correct. 2 misdemeanors 7 years and 9 years old. I checked the box and included certified court documents. I was told I have no RFE pending at the moment

Hoping you all get your NOA2 soon to move onto the next step. I personally don't think your case is delayed because of the prior offenses.   USCIS doesn't care about someone's criminal past as long as 1) They disclose everything what happened 2) the offense doesn't fall under AWA crime or 3) there are 3 or more offenses which are alcohol related.

Hopefully after Labor Day the adjudicators will all be back from vacation and can get this show on the road for the remaining January filers.

I did the same thing.  It is definitely a loaded question and with very little space provided to try and fit a decent response.

We are almost finished with our RFE.  I think we found all we need to prove that POF is NOT an IMB 😂

It will be mailed after the long weekend.
