Hello Fellow Vjrs  All of you out First of all Godbless on your Journeys to be together!!! This site has very very informative n helpful over and over and again i need your knowledgable help once again!!! My Fiancee Liezel and I celebrated the birth of daughter Yurie on june 16 😉 Our little Princess ! Problem is that Our approved petition and all Our info was already sent to the Embassy in Manila which just notified Us that my Fiancee Liezel can now schedule a Visa interview,my first question is since Our daughter Yurie was born and im an American Citizen ,does that give Our daughter the right to get a US passport and before My Fiancee Schedules her interview how can she now add our daughter Yurie ,so when Liezel has her interview both her and Our daughter Yurie are approved at the same interview as of course so they can travel together to me!!! Also i would like to ask since the process took so long and some Liezels needed documents have expired, such as police clerence, and others is there a place online where we could order renewels of these documents or A place in or close to Rosario,Batangas as thats where we have a place!!!! Ionly mention that its hard for Liezel to travel alittle sometimes because Our daughter was born C-section  Any knowledgeable help would be greatly appreciated  Thank you All

Congrats!

She can contact the embassy so they can add your daughter to the I-129F. Or this can be noted at the interview. Be sure to have their birth certificate on hand if requested.

I'm assuming your daughter will be a USC via birth. If so, they will need a CRBA and US passport.

I would not give a thought to adding the child to the I-129F at this time.   This can be addressed during the interview.

The embassy will not approve the fiancee visa until after CRBA is completed.

Complete CRBA, get her U.S.passport   And get her Philippine passport.

True. Updating the I-129F is just maintenance since the child is a USC already. I don't think it matters when they do it, but at the interview would be what go with as well.

And yes, defiantly get a Philippine passport too. :)

I had my interview before my baby's CRBA and US passport were ready. But I was placed on administrative processing till I got them and sent a scanned copy of my baby's US passport  bio data page to the embassy  before my visa was approved. What u need to do now is to apply for CRBA and US passport as soon as possible.

Congratulations! My son was born in the Philippines in November, so the process is still fresh for me. Thank goodness for Visajourney. As everyone has said, get the CRBA, US passport, and Philippines passport. I had applied for the CRBA and US passport at the same time. Wish you the best in being united in the US :)  It is getting close for me and my wife and son.

My baby boy was born on June 10. I am trying to get the PSA certificate before I go there in 3 weeks. I was planning to get the CRBA while I was there. I am still early in the CR-1 process though so I have time.

Here is the US Embassy manila website that gives you step by step instructions for the CRBA. https://ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/child-family-matters/birth/first-time-report-birth-abroad/
