But at the time of interview Visa Office told me your sis also must fill I864A because your mom and sis lives in same address ۔۔But some one told me technically it's not possible...

I would really like to talk you about the F2A visa. My wife is in US and having Green Card and I am in Pakistan. Our PD is 3 April 2017. We received NOA-1 (Form 717) few days after posting the I130 form. Our center is California Service Center. We have not yet received NOA-2 (approval of the i130 form). What do you think we should do? Also, what are steps after the NOA2 is received? and what are waiting times?

Your mom is a petitioner.

Your father, your sister, your brother in law live in the same address as your mom's address?

In that case, your sister should submit i-864A.

You should do as the Consular Officer guide you and submit ALL the required documents at the same time ASAP so your visa will be issued sooner.

Mom is petitioner fills out i864

Each additional person in the household fill out i864a but since your mother is the petitioner she must fill out the i864 even if her income is inadequate.

joint account just means, the account is under two people's name. There is no such thing as joint income, there is your sister's income and your husband's income that could be going to the same back account but that's about it.

Since your sis and her husband each has to file 864A, they need to provide individual incomes.

Now I'm not sure how much verification they do for income , but they often require Tax transcripts, if the numbers there do not match up, you may be asked to provide correct info again.

And usually the Tax transcript have to be accompanied by W's as well. Also be sure to provide accurate information, providing contradicting and/or false documents might be seen as you trying to lie or manipulate immigrations and be denied the visa. Be as truthful and accurate with the information you provide.....don't risk anything.
