USCIS is really unpredictable nowadays. There’s a june filer who got approved just the past days.. and there are still few from previous months who are waiting. :unsure:

Well i hope you have good luck with that. We have been waiting 9 mos for noa2. I have inquired, i have called, i have inquired online. They say the same thing over and over. You have to have crazy wicked patience. Or lose your mind.

CR1 is taking almost as much time as K1, around 12-16 months. Maybe more maybe less. If you can wait a few months more do CR1. It’s way cheaper too. If being together faster is more important than its K1.

I was talking about OP here. We are half way through this anyways. My wife is here now for about 3 months. She made it with k-1 in about 7 months, and hoping for a October/November EAD.  We didnt want to wait for CR-1.

 

For OP, yeah like TNJ17 says, at this point (August 2018) the CR-1 even with let's make a number up of 18 month is still better than K-1.

Cr 1 take more than a year. And k1 takes around 248 days total from start to end
