May I ask if 7months is the maximum waiting time for the NOA2? Thank you so much in advance.

There is no such thing as maximum time. This is an average time. No one can guarantee the case will be completed during 7 months.

there is so many unknowns, that is an estimate. there are RFE, AP, delays for interview, police certificates, the list goes on that just could delay the process. USCIS, NVC and USEM can also have their issues.

Thankyyy guys. Just asking because I wanna know if this is the right time for me to call USCIS to inquire

U can contact uscis once ur petition has reached out of normal processing time. Which is 210 days from date on ur noa1.

U still have a bit of time before this time frame.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Thank you. I'll take note of that. Wishing everyone a goodluck. Sigh. This is very frustrating 💔

How long you’ve been waiting now? I am a January filer and today marks my 204days. There is no actually assurance when someone’s case will get approved. There are still few from previous months who are still waiting for their noa2.
