DS156 from state gov website = DS156 with packet 3?

hello everyone!

my interview is fast approaching (April) and i have been putting all my documents together. i just need a little help...

my questions are:

1. can i use the online DS156 from click here or http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/7768.pdf?

2. is this form admissible (considered official) or should i only use the ones contained on the packet i received? (a little worried cause my handwriting is not legible and i have no access to a typewriter )

I used one from online. The photocopy of the forms London sent out were very poor quality!

But sometimes it isn't .. Montreal's is the DS-156 with some slight modifications. They go into a fit if you don't use theirs.
