If any one can help me with these questions.

#16 travel doc number? is that the nvc #?

#22: K1  goes under 22a?

Part 2. Application type or filing category?

Receipt number of underlying petitioner? is this WAC#?

Part 5: Information about your current marriage: #10 is your current spouse applying with you? No right since spouse is a citizen?

Part 6: #6 is the child applying with you? (No child is in another country?)

Please and thank you!

Also, is it ok If we just apply for residence card without work authorization and Permission to travel? Money is tight and I want to get the case started ASAP since its taking so long?

If submitted with the I-485, EAD and AP, there is no fee....I would strongly suggest you file them along with AOS.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I though there was a separate fee for that?

#16 travel doc number? is that the nvc #? -  put N/A since you came on a K1 visa. unless you have a different travel document number (like an AP travel #) that you used when arriving into the US

#22: K1  goes under 22a? - K1 Fiance Visa

Part 2. Application type or filing category?  -  click from 1.a Family-based (Person admitted to the US as a fiancée)

Receipt number of underlying petitioner? is this WAC#? - yes, its the WAC

Part 5: Information about your current marriage: #10 is your current spouse applying with you? No right since spouse is a citizen? - correct - it's only YES if she/he is filing to adjust status too

Part 6: #6 is the child applying with you? (No child is in another country?) - no put no

Please and thank you!

Also, is it ok If we just apply for residence card without work authorization and Permission to travel? Money is tight and I want to get the case started ASAP since its taking so long? -  yes it is okay to file for just the GC. Keep in mind though it is free to file the EAD and AP with filing for the AOS. If you should choose to file later, you will have to pay a filing fee for these forms. That is why people file all 3 together. You don't pay extra to file the EAD and AP. The $1225 is the price regardless.

No fee if filed along with I-485.  This quote is from the USCIS web site:

" Q5.  How much does this card cost?
A5.  If you submitted an application for adjustment of status on or after July 30, 2007 (or on or after August 18, 2007, for employment-based cases), you will pay only one fee to file Form I-485, Form I-765 and Form I-131. The fee for Form I-485 is $1,070, ($985 plus $85 biometric fee), and there is no separate fee for Forms I-765 and I-131 associated with a Form I-485. For those cases that were filed under the old fee structure, the costs for this card will equal the combined costs of filing Forms I-131 and I-765, which is a total of $740. Visit www.uscis.gov/fees for more information.
