Do you think that because we're tried a K-1-K2 and got denied at the interview. "Not enough proof of a Valid relationship." And now USCIS is dragging A$$! Here's the proof WE GOT MARRIED!  Pd July 22nd 2019, and Nothing yet, 2 cases in Texas one in Potomac......all over processing times.

You were denied....am assuming you will need to start again.  This time though,  you will be able to do a CR1 do to your marriage.

Yes we filed the CR1  and CR2s  For our daughters. In July of 2019.  Earlier this month they sent request for more evidence. Found out we had some badd translations, Some things were omitted on the translation some things were spelled wrong. Some of the copies of the original word in very poor quality. So we had to get new translations, Better copies of the originals, I have a few Affidavits,   Stating knowledge of our bonafide Marriage.  Lots and lots more pictures, I took screenshots of our chat history using WhatsApp and Viber. Hopefully they will receive it today and accept everything

Thanks Daron and Honey, this is the response we got from us is regarding the date above....

On March 10, 2020, Patricia Fujimori contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) concerning your I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing times. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

During the inquiry, Patricia Fujimori indicated they were your attorney. We researched your case found no evidence that a properly executed Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative, has been submitted for Patricia Fujimori. We cannot release information about your case to anyone except you, or your current attorney on record until this form has been filed.

If you wish to be represented by a new attorney or accredited representative, you must file a new Form G-28. The form must be properly completed and signed by you to authorize representation before USCIS.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

We called the lawyer to notify her what the uscis had said but they insisted that they in fact filed the form G28.

Everything is taking very long. Filed in july 2018. Got approved in september 2019. Arrived here in the USA January 2020. It's now august 2020, still no greencard. USCIS said on the phone that it somehow never was send out. Filed an i90 and everything months ago, still nothing happened. This is just rediculous because my temp i551 stamp is going to expire soon. My laywyer send me this article, seems like they're having problems printing and sending out greencards. It appears that many individuals are still waiting on their green card: https://immigrationimpact.com/2020/07/15/uscis-green-card-printing/?emci=3d1d3fdc-5ac8-ea11-9b05-00155d03bda0&emdi=bbaec08e-cbc9-ea11-9b05-00155d03bda0&ceid=4498131#.XxXTvpuSmUl

In 2018 we started our immigration journey without knowing what the future holds for us.

This is the thread that started it all for us.

We read copiously and learned a ton in the process.

As we conclude our journey, we want to thank everyone for being a part of this

process and for contributing in any way possible to its success.

We are GRATEFUL!!!!!
