Hi everyone, after 11 months 2 week of filling our I 130 without hearing anything from USCIS we decided to call them. When we call the USCIS the operator said  that our case has gone passed the prossesing time limit, it's the USCIS  error. In 30 days we should get a reply.

I can tell that you have tons of patience, wow. After 11.5 months I would have gone crazy. Hopefully they did not lose your case there at TSC. Have you considered filing for K3 to speed up the process?

You will find information about K3 in the K3 section of this forum. As the thread starter, I ask you to please respect that this thread is for July 2018 filers of IR1/CR1, not K3.

Not worried because I got 7 months after answered a RFE and 1 year from the receipt number priority July 3

did you call USCIS on the regular? 

 I want to know the status on my case. However, my lawyer said that if I keep calling they would push the case back.

I summit two inquiry and is like a waste time because all time I get same answer  

they said wait because the case is under active examination and take time

Okay. I called USCIS and the automatic voice said - can’t talk to a representative right now... so I’m going to call later. This is crazy-  it is taking so long.

Yes is really hard and frustrating unfortunately is a long wait and they don’t care how hard is for us , right now I try to stay relax , I response the RFE about marriage certificate in January 11 2019

 Well that would depend on who you believe lol . Our hard copy said July 27 2018 . The website said August 1st 2018. Anyone’s guess really. 🤷‍♀️
