all we got in ceac was 'document complete' then an email saying there going to speak to our embassy about an appointment

Sorry, I thought you were both living abroad and did the direct consular filing, I may have confused you with someone else!

yes we both live outside of the US. I would imagine we will now deal directing with the embassy here.

I just received notification that OUR CASE IS DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED!!!! I just submitted for the first time yesterday!

Some countries allow you to file directly with the US consulate overseas which speeds up the process, I think its someone else in the group who did this

well it takes max 3 weeks. for them to answer back. from when you submit.

Ok thanks!! Let’s us know when u get the interview date!! I was wondering how long after u get the case complete, how long will it take to eat the interview date!!

probably 4 weeks for a date then 4 weeks from the date to the interview. I would imagine we will be done in july

Wow I thought the actual interview date would come days after CC 🙄 this process is sooo long

So you’re telling me u waited 3 weeks for CC, 4 more weeks for interview date, and then 4 weeks after that to actually attend the interview 😩🙄
