Hi everyone, 311 days and counting .. PD July 9th for Nebraska

I was wondering, if either, or both, the petitioner and the beneficiary have job offers in the US - is that justification for expediting? Can you even expedite the uscis stage or only the nvc stage? Both?

Thanks!

Our PD is July 20,2018, but still no approval yet. My husband chatted USCIS regarding this matter because it's outdated already in their system and USCIS advice us to wait within this month. So frustrating.
