ANYONE get case complete at NVC yet??

Not yet, but when I called NVC on Monday to ask about uploading another document, the nice lady said that they would review everything submitted by May 5, so if it is all okay, we should be getting "case complete" next week.  After that she said it takes up to two weeks to schedule the interview abroad.

Good luck everyone who is at NVC stage, or those who are still waiting for NOA2.

Awesome, thank you! I've been afraid to call because I keep hearing it will reset the 3 week processing time...which I've already reached 3 weeks but only 2 since correcting some of the documents orientation

What time do you call NVC? I've been having bad luck actually getting a rep.

I got CC yesterday. I submitted my documents on 4/13.

Congratulations!!!!

We submitted 4/10, but then had to resend 3 docs that were sideways on 4/18. So hopefully soon! 🤞

put simply. they don't read the document. they don't go past the first page. The police check is 3 pages. front cover. police check. English translation.  we keep getting it back with please attach English translation...….

so this time I spoke to someone senior at the NVC who gave us some advice. they even told us that this is common. this has wasted 6 weeks of time. just because they refuse to scroll through a document.

Oh no! This is unacceptable! So they restart that 3 week time frame each time you have to resubmit something correct? NVC is beyond frustrating...

yes. and the level 1 agents at the nvc are just not helpful. I told the person and all they said was. yes I see that...…… just resubmit it and im sure it will go through this time as it looks to be in order but Im not part of that department who checks it. we actually had every single document approved on april 4th. except this one police check. so its just added probably 6 weeks for no reason.

however, we both live in Switzerland and the embassy interview time is 8 days. so that's an upside

We had to upload 3 docs a sencond time because they were sideways....ridiculous. they still haven't been accepted. I'm worried it's going to come back with some other problem. We'll have to wait a long time for interview I think and living apart is so hard. I desperately want to be there for the interview but it's so expensive and I have a 6 year old as well... By the way, off topic but I see your name is "stutters", do either of you stutter?

I have called NVC at various times, it often takes multiple tries to get through to a real person, but with patience I have usually been successful, lots of waiting on hold.  If you want to get through you eventually will.

By the way, this morning we received "Documentarily Qualified" at NVC!!  All documents were accepted after only two weeks of uploading everything on April 14, no problems, but we were very careful to follow all the instructions.  I also just uploaded three missing pages from my tax transcript only two days ago so we feel lucky that we got through NVC so quickly.  Now we are waiting for my husband's interview in Rio to be scheduled....  it's a very exciting feeling to be so close to the end of this crazy process that we started when the I-130 was filed last year on July 20.  There's a very good chance that my husband's interview will be scheduled less than a year after filing his petition.  Hang in there everyone!  The end will come eventually.

What does documentaruly qualified mean? Case complete? May I ask how you were notified?

It means case complete. You will get an email sent to your email address with documentarily qualified info and how they will work with the embassy to schedule your interview.
