No good news from nebraska. Why nebraska SO SLOW.

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 24, 2019 and May 5, 2019*.

You're still more than a month away from normal processing time for NSC.  They must have a big backlog to work through, it must be very frustrating and I am so sorry that you are going through this.  It makes no sense when TSC for us was 7 months and NSC is 10 months for I-130 approvals.  Hang in there, your time will come soon!

I agree it's not fair.  This entire process is unfair but all we can do is wait it out and hope for the best, a happy reunion someday soon.  Hopefully you have been able to visit each other during this long wait.  All the best!

Nebraska is slowly moving along. Right now the USCIS website states that they're processing petitions dated 7th of June. Just a little longer 🤞

I'm only worried because they told me I am in Administrative processing, which is BAD. It usually means you will be denied. I just never heard of it happening at this stage, usually it's at the interview.

No dont worry , they will not deny in NVC process. If something is wrong , they would deny you in USCIS process not in NVC.

Its taking 3 months to NVC to send the number so you will hear something from them soon .

You're saying you think this is normal? Everything I've read states otherwise. It says at least an additional 60 days in AP but can be months or years. I'm confused if you have heard that AP is normal part of this process.

Do you have a source for that statement? It is VERY possible to have issues in NVC.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I went through it , it s not my first application to i130 .. so dont believe everything they say , you still have one month , the nvc process take btw 1.5 month to 3 months.
