Petition approved!!!!

The date on the Noa2 was12/21 but I've been away and just had my sister open my mail!!!

Congratulations!!  Your news give the rest of us, July filers, so much hope that things at TSC are moving along and we might also hear soon!  Good luck with the NVC stage and interview stage of this long journey!

I am in shock!!!!  I'm wondering an approximate time frame from now until interview....3/4 months maybe?

I know everyone here will be approved soon! Btw, letter came in mail but website still not updated..

Total average time for spousal visas right now from NOA2 date, for the rest of the process--NVC stage and interview abroad stage, is 189 days, so about six months depending on your consulate abroad and how fast you submit documents, and if there are any delays, problems with affidavits of support, lengthy background checks for beneficiary, or RFEs, which are unpredictable.  Six months is the average time, so it could be less or more, it all depends on how it goes.  Good luck, you're well on your way to the end!

We just got NOA2!!! Texas service center, NOA1 July 12, 2018. The online case status page was not updated so I got no alerts, and then the letter appeared in the mail box today dated 12/31/2018! Good luck all now is our time.

I think I'll cry too. Every once in a while my husband and I talk about our reactions to receiving the NOA2 and I get teary-eyed just thinking about it. :')

Awwwww!! This is a long process but at the end, it’s gonna be worth it. Having our husbands with us and living the life we dream of 😁🤗

I have a bottle of champagne ready to open for the NOA2 celebration by FaceTime with my husband the day it arrives!  Then we start the next part of this long process.  Good luck everyone!

That's actually a good idea. I'll have to plan a little something similar lol

@klprkr Congratulations!!!! I was just looking at the USICS site and was feeling a little down about when I would be getting my NOA2, and searched for July Filers and came across this thread! Very excited for you and your spouse, it gives me hope that I too will hear something sooner than later. Just came from visiting my husband for the holidays and this process is not for the faint of heart!! You have to really be in it for the long hall.
