I-129F specific questions

I just returned from meeting my fiancé in the Philippines. I am preparing to file I-129F for a K-1 visa. I'm stuck on part 1, question 46. They are asking for the exact date of previously filed I-129F petitions. I petitioned for a spouse visa in January 1991 for my ex wife. I found her alien number on an old passport, but due to that being 27 years ago, I don't remember the exact date of filing the petition. Any suggestions how to answer this question? Also, in 2011 I was the subject of a restraining order related to domestic violence charges that were dropped. There was no arrest and no conviction. Do I have to admit this on part 3, question 1? I've researched this issue on google with conflicting results. Thanks in advance for your replies.

1) Try to find the exact date. If you cannot, put the closest that you can find. Note that the question asks about previous I-129Fs...if you petitioned a spouse in the past, that would have been an I-130.

 

2) Yes, it must be disclosed even if the charges were dropped, records sealed or expunged, etc. It is not a bar to petition...it just needs to be disclosed in accordance with IMBRA requirements.

Just to clarify, I have the court order which says the temporary restraining order was partly granted and partly denied. The order was dropped a month later.
