Compiling the I-751

So we are now applying for ROC.... we haven't been doing our due diligence to get her name on things. So we will have...

 

1. Picture documentation of our travels to family and friends throughout the 2 years.

2. Signed Leases with her name on them.

3. Copy of debit card with her name and mine to show mingled finances.

4. Tax returns though she hasn't worked yet. (working now)

5. Pay stub with direct deposit into mentioned account

6. Driver's License to show she is a state resident

7. Certified Checks..... 

8. I-751...

 

Planning to compile with paper clips and binder clips like I did the original petition. Is there anything I am missing? She came over the 7th of November so that means August 7th we can mail it out? I'm just trying to right down my thoughts to keep my bases covered so I don't lose my sanity again.

You might want to do up a will and medical power of attorney to add to your package. There are on line services that can help you produce these documents, Get the notarized and include copies with your app.

What about health insurance, car insurance, bank statements, affidavits?

 

You send it based on the date on the conditional green card.

Lost our health insurance this year, but I have the card from last year and I think I can get the statements that show she was on it and services that used it. Cars are still insured through my parents. They 'gave' us the cars but my job disappeared earlier this year after we moved. I think  we should get an addavit from my parents because attesting to the car, living, and phone situation. They are the ones supporting us (Like we told the USCIS) should anything bad happen. We still have a family plan with are phones because it makes no sense to get our own. She is on the plan though. She has a drivers license but no insurance. Florida does insurance by the plate, so we can drive my parents cars for another year no issues.

You might need more evidence. Can you support those travel photos with bus or airline tickets? or anything with your names on it?  (photos aren't strong evidence)  What about adding your spouse as the "payable on death" on your savings accounts/checking accounts and asking the bank for a copy?  Or as the beneficiary to any retirement account.  Can you get a simple will (if you have kids it's best to have a will anyway)? And are you sending a copy of your tax return or an official transcript from the IRS?  the official transcript is prob better.

You can submit within 90 days of the temp green card expiration, but early is better.  Take a little time to get some better proof and then send.

Actually I think we can. I was planning on using only family pictures supported with something. We have traveled for family reunions so those hold more weight than aa regular smiling pic. Last one was a cruise 2 months ago so we have that ticket. I believe we can get the old airline tickets. 

 

She is already on the whole bank account and has been. We have statements for that.

We will be a little late submitting as we compile slowly so we don't miss anything.
