Hi everyone,

We go an RFE and my fiance will it mail it back tomorrow. I just wanted to know if CSC will notify us once they received it? How long will it take to process the RFE?

Thank you so much for any info you can share. BTW, we got an RFE because my fiance missed to check the "NO" for the question "Have u filed a visa for someone before". After patiently waiting for more than 90 days..... :(:( Just a friendly advise for those who's starting their package, pls double or triple check the form. Make sure that all questions were answered.

You will receive a notice as soon as they have it. For how long it takes them to approval your petition afterwards, no idea, some get approved in 3-4 days, some in 2 weeks. Today is 2 weeks for me and im still waiting. Good Luck!

mine took 5 business days once they received the additional information. money was wasted on overnight mail though...took them about that to receive it.

Yeah, I'm starting to think the CSC mail room is on vacation. They still haven't sent me any notice of having received my packet.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

I´ll triple check each sheet of paper with Luis, I´m scared ´cus he´s absent minded so I told him he´d fill those forms while we talked on MSN. :P

So I can open the form on my comp and go through with it with him. I actually filled his I-129F form for him, since that one we could save before printing, so I filled it and sent him. I checked my stuff so many times already that it will be worn off by the time it gets there. :P It goes in the mail tomorrow, to his house in PR, so from there he puts it together with his stuff. I even typed a checklist for him, and instructions to assemble the package, as I´m the one looking all over the net for tips and things I can´t forget, since I have more time, besides, women are better at these things. :D

omg you sound so much like me. But you were smarter in filling it out for him. I never thought of that. i should have since we got a rfe and i think it was a mistake on his part. i tried to get him to fill it out while on msn too. I also sent him a list and instructions for assembling. Women ARE better at these things! lol.

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
