My priority date is 12/05/2016 and I am in category F2A. I received an email from NVC that I am qualified applicant and they are working on scheduling my interview but when I called today NVC  the lady told me they will not schedule interview until visa is current and they are using chart A for that. I tried to explain to her that USCIS is using chart B for adjustment of status for family based and it is current even though I  am not adjusting status as I am outside US, I should still use chart B as USCIS determined more visa available for this month ,but she kept saying I need to chart A not B .  Is she wrong or me? And if I am correct how long should I get my visa interview scheduled? Please help

It's Chart A (Final Action Dates) for consular processing.

USCIS is currently using Chart B to permit filing for AOS within the US for family-based immigration, but still cannot adjudicate the I-485 until the PD is actually current and a visa number is available (Chart A again).

I called a lawyer and told me chart B they should go by to schedule interview and I sent a question in Avvo and different lawyer said chart A and that's is really what make me confused and like everyone else said i have to wait. ...I guess lawyer wants just money ....thank you all
