We just received a notification for EA being approved/card being produced. Based on the last couple of comments, it seems I should receive both AP and EA at the same time. Great start to 2019!

Hi,

 

I just checked my USCIS Account and found out that there is an update   that my Interview was scheduled. How long will it take for me to receive the notice by mail and what are the documents to prepare for the interview so i can double check my lists too. I am from Dallas, Texas area. Will I need to have a new medical to submit prior or during the interview? When i filed my AOS my Medical still valid. So Im confused if i need to get a new one prior to my interview. 

 

Hope to get some info that will help me in preparation for the interview. Thanks in Advance!

Does anyone have any experience traveling internationally with the 2 year GC?

My husband and I are set to fly back to London this Sunday for a week and I would like to know if there is any restrictions or paperwork I should bring.

I don't know exactly how long it takes to receive the appointment letter. But the appointment points out all documents you have to bring for the interview. If you medical is not valid anymore you have to bring a new valid one to the interview.

 

I received the appointment letter beginning of December and my interview is on the 10th of Janauary (Boston).

How can I sign up for USPS to see which mail is coming in?

 

I saw in some posts that some people are using this function....however, I am not sure where I have to register. Can anyone forward me the link?

Our NOA1 was Aug 9th. we have not heard anything so far.... I'm guessing they are behind because of the holidays.....

They were processing July 17th, 2018 yesterday.

My NOA1 is also August 6th, no EAD/AP so far.

Where could I check that? I have only been relying to the VisaJourney "processing times" section, which reports different dates (it says they're processing applications with NOA1 date of August 12th as of today, hence my doubts). Is there a USCIS official source where I could keep track of the processing times?
I am fairly patient about bureaucratic waits, but it would be helpful to try to have a rough estimate.
