No EAD in this thread as far as I've seen. Some of us are lucky enough to have our greencard interview real soon. I think I might have my greencard before the EAD and AP.

I'm preparing like crazy for the interview. Got all the paperwork ready (everything you already had for the k1/interview/ao sapplocation plus evidence) but I'm freaking out. So is my husband. We live in a rather anti immigration part of the country. Very Trump minded (sorry, not starting an argument, just setting the mood). He even left me at home when voting cause he didnt want to risk me, an immigrant,  getting caught in any arguments or, heaven forbid, riots out there. (I thought he was a tad over reacting but I love how protective he is of me).

Anyway. Interview is up in a little over 2 weeks and I'm so nervous...

Thanks for the respond! And Congrats for the interview! Don't worry everything will work out!

Do you know if the status of the case has to change after the biometrics appointment?

We did my biometrics on Sep 6 but there has been no update on the USCIS website following that. I see a lot of you have "Case ready to be scheduled" or something more positive. Anyone else having the same problem as us?

I just passed my written test for the driving license last week. I recommend two apps: 'DMV' and 'DMV Genie' from Google play store. Both have a red background

Try to be neutral in your interview, neither take a pro or anti Trump stance..be apolotical..you just dont know which political camp your officer might belong to..good luck

RFE responded to on Sept 26.

Fingerprints for AP were done on Sept 17.

Still no updates beyond that.

Hi Everyone!

I just got an update that my I-485 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview....does anyone know what that means?

Also, my EAD and AP was not updated so far....is that normal or should it update as well?

Greetings from Massachusetts! :)

This just means that they will schedule your interview in the future, mostly this depends on the backlog at the local USCIS office.  EAD and AP wont update until  NBC processing date  becomes current. Lately, I am seeing many JULY filers getting their EAD, hopefully for AUGUST filers, they will start rolling from December.

Hello everyone,

On August 16, 2018, my AOS application was received by the National Benefit Center. I received my first I-797C Notice of Action August 27, 2018. I have not yet received the Biometrics Appointment Letter, I called USCIS Customer Service and they said that an appointment is not yet scheduled for me. I'm hopeless!!!!

Hi, did you receive anything as yet? My case was received on August 27 and I did my biometrics on Sep 25.
