Hey August AOS filers :)  I filed mine 4th August and have my interview scheduled at the Tampa FL Office for 1st November 2018 so I'm currently getting my paperwork together.  Only thing I'm concerned about is the DS-3025.  I have a copy and it is complete however it was done in February 2018 back in Australia and as it wasn't currently flu season, I didn't get it done (side note - all other vaccinations are up to date).  The interview will be in flu season so I'm wondering if that means I'm going to have to go and get a flu shot and the I-693 form vacc supplement completed by a civil surgeon.  What is everyone else planning on doing?

Cheers Alli

Congrats! What were your receive dates for all forms, for example your pd, bio apt, case ready to be scheduled for interview, interviewed scheduled letter, etc.

Im trying to do guesstimates of when I should expect my interview letter lol. I know we have different field offices but Cincinnati also seems to be quite fast.

Frustrating isn’t it.   Im getting a joint sponsor and sending it’s respective supporting documents and im sending from my husbands tax return, transcript and w2’s

i decided to not bother anyone with the co sponsoring because it'll be a mistake to say i did not meet that requirement sure i'm over that requirement of the poverty  guidelines

Is there anybody still waiting for biometrics appointment letter?

It's been a month but still nothing.

Just finished calling USCIS and the representative has made a request  for me and told me to wait 15 to 30 days.

Question here: if I finish biometrics later than people who filed AOS in September, will my interview be scheduled before or later than them?

Me. I’m still waiting...

Hi, guys! 👋

We got married in May, but still preparing docs for AOS for me and my 2 daughters. I have a question and I will ask for your kind advice.

I file for AOS and Employment permit (for me and my elder daughter who’ll be 16 in a couple of months) and for advanced parole for the tree of us.

When I send it as one package do I have to duplicate the evidence documents (like marriage certificates, birth certificates and I-94s to staple them to all the employment permit forms and the advanced parole forms for each of us too) and the photos? If I put the notary copies to the AOS will simple photocopies for those duplicates will be enough?

Thank you in advance.🙏🙏🙏

i’m all Packed and ready to send it if no duplicates are required - it is already a 5 pound package 🤪

Hi all,

My case was received on August 31. Fees accepted Sept  7. So unsure which group I fall under. I follow both August and September :)  anyway, does anyone know how long it takes for Uscis to update after biometrics? I had my fingerprints taken on October 3rd.

mine changed to 'fingerprints review was completed' the next day on the app, and 2 days later it showed on the site.

Hey there....not sure if you found your answer to this question already but you only have to provide the birth certificates, I-94, photocopy of Passport bio page, photocopy K1/K2 with entry stamp for each beneficiary that is applying for adjustment of status. You don't have to provide a duplicate copy of the marriage license because that is being filed with the I-485 for your spouse and would be understood that the K2 portion is based on the accompanying child/dependent.

Each beneficiary will need a total of 6 passport photos (2 photos for the I-485, 2 photos for the I-131 and 2 photos for the I-765). Make sure to put the name and Alien Registration # on the back for each respective beneficiary.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Hello Everyone,

My case was received 9/18, and I got a text with all 3 case numbers (AOS, EAD,AP). The 3 letters followed within a week.

When I put in the case numbers online, the only one that comes up is the AP case. The other two numbers come up as “not found.” We have still not received the biometrics appointment letter either.

Has anyone had the same experience with not being able to see your case status after getting the hard copies?
