OK THX VERY MUCH

No worries. I had to deal with bureaucracy on a daily basis and I feel your pain. I am happy to help, and it also makes me feel useful. That's why I started following the August forum even if I'm a May filer.

Good luck and brace yourself for a long wait.

I used (c)(9) because that's how they have it in the instructions.

hi how's it going.

i have another question. how have you deal with the medical report? meaning should i get the doctor to seal it for me in a new envelope or or the doctor have to sign me a new form as well

I did all my vaccines in the K1 process, so for the I-485 I sent the form they gave me at the clinic, the DS-3025. It is valid for 1 year, therefore I do not need to see a civil surgeon here.

In your case I believe you have to ask the doctor to seal it in a new envelope.

Overall, treat this as a new application. USCIS did not scan any of your documents, even if they opened the seal.

Biometrics completed this morning even though appointment was scheduled for 4-September (DC Office was backed up because their system scheduled appointments on the 3-September federal holiday 🙄). In any case, as of this afternoon both I-485 and I-765 showing fingerprint review was complete. Still waiting for I-131 to get updated to the same (hopefully as we have international travel scheduled for December/January).

@kat111 I see the difference with the one I sent and the one on their website.  I'm filling out the new one right now trying to get it back in the mail today.

They wrote on the bottom of the other forms and the packet is not in the order I sent it.

Does anyone know if I should sent it as is or do need to reorganize and redo all the forms or only the I485 for which I got the notice??

Congrats again @kat111!! I'll join you soon over on the other side 😉
