I just checked their site, the new form is 12/13/2017, when did you fill it up your form?

I am sorry to hear that! Just fill out a new form and resubmit, it should be okay!

@kat111 I see the difference with the one I sent and the one on their website.  I'm filling out the new one right now trying to get it back in the mail today.

They wrote on the bottom of the other forms and the packet is not in the order I sent it.

Does anyone know if I should sent it as is or do need to reorganize and redo all the forms or only the I485 for which I got the notice??

Congrats again @kat111!! I'll join you soon over on the other side 😉

I woke up this morning and saw this update on the USCIS case tracker and received our text and email notification. Less than 30 days and we're ready to be scheduled for an interview!! Which means biometrics cleared within 24 hours and they accepted all our paperwork so no RFE'S!!!! So our AOS portion of the packet is on it's way to the Philly office!!

We still have a wait to since the field office is backlogged but who knows at this point because this news is so unexpected!!!! Great way for us to start our weekend!!!!!
