Shouldn't be a problem :) your NOA1s will be sent to you regardless, and if you want to check your status, the USCIS site offers it as well: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

EAD/AP: Card received.

AOS: Case ready to be scheduled.

Just a quick fyi for those in the DC Office. Had a 2PM biometrics appointment today at the Alexandria Office only to be turned away. Apparently their systems didn't recognize the Labor Day Holiday and had a bunch of applicants signed up for a 3-September appointment. That caused a huge back-up so everyone that was not in the office at 7:30AM 4-September ended up getting turned away and told to come back next week as a walk-in. SMH 😑

Hi everyone,

Status update

No emails for me but my husband gets the delivery notification from USPS and it shows 3 envelopes with my name!! (will post what they say when I have them)

I still do not understand why no emails, someone knows?

Sometimes it happens that some people don't get the email or text notifications.

Right now, I'm the opposite of you. I recieved our texts and email notifications but never received the hardcopy NOA1. But I did receive my husband's hardcopy biometrics appointment letter...SMH!!

Question...what are the 3 letters of your case #s?

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

The MSC is for the National Benefits Center. They will process the EAD and the AP. Your I-485 will eventually be transferred to your local office, but the rest stay at NBC

Good luck!

My Husband and I sent in AOS, EAD, and AP for him last Wednesday.  We only attached one  G-1145 and I received three texts this evening.  One form is sufficient, or at least it was in our case.
