Did you use a personal check for your payment? If so, did they cashed your check? If so, then that is your first confirmation that they accepted your case. The NOA1 is taking a bit longer than normal. Although we received our emails/texts last week, I still haven't received the hardcopy as of yet. But I received our biometrics appointment in the mail instead, so that should give you an indication how unorganized USCIS is at this point.

I'm not sure. We all know USCIS process paperwork differently. I'm sure @Trinab80 will attest to that. They waited forever for their NOA 2 from their K1 and yet they're now here applying for their AOS.  We just really need to be more patient with this. At least you're now with your loved one and you can do a lot of fun things together while waiting for your paperwork.

i'm doing a lot of fun stuff eating a lot of African food we are even trying to have a baby isn;t that fun? but here is my worries in a country like the USA with the actual president, you better have the insurance of something solid if not, you never know when the ICE WILL METT YOU AT COSTCO OR FRED MEYER. Hi guys, just some updates.

I received the text and email from USCIS last night and got case numbers.

 

Sent: 08/22/2018

Received: 08/24/2018

Charged credit card: 8/29/2018

E-notifications: 08/30/2018

 

Now, I am just waiting for my letters arriving in the mail and notification of the appointment of fingerprint. 

Long long wait just began.

hi guys we also get our text message tonight but still one question. did anyone else here receive only one message or how's that working? because i read people saying the got 3 messages so i just want to know specialy in my case my case  my husband have his daughter.

You need to give them 30 days before you start worrying about anything
As long as you have delivery confirmation with the tracker, you are fine. Some people waited 3 weeks before getting anything
