Just wanna share my experience, I am a july 2016 waiver filler. Just came back from my interview. It took less than 10 mins. The IO just make a double check of what i fill out (form i-751) after that she asked how i met my ex wife and why do i get divorce with her. She listen very carefully and in the end she just said “im so sorry to hear that”. She check my passport, exp GC, driver license and gave me back in the end. And told me that ill get a decisions in a week. The IO is super nice. As soon as i walked out the door my attorney whispered “you’ll get approved”.

Here is my timeline:

* i-751 sent on july 2016

* biometrics done in october 2016

* got an RFE in november 2017

* got interview letter in july 2018.

I just check my online case but still hasnt change. Hopefully ill really get approved and get the card soon. Good luck for yall fillers. GBU

Thanks for sharing your information. I was thinking I am the only one whose case was not adjudicated. But yours seem longer than me by 5 months. But good to know your interview is finished. Hopefully you will get GC in hand quickly. Let us know once you receive any update on your GC approval.
