When can you upload docs to CEAC? (PIVOT Case)

Can anyone please tell me, how long after you have paid the fees and completed the DS-260 will it be before you can upload your documents to CEAC. (please note this is a PIVOT case)

When I paid the fees they cleared on the 3rd business day I think. Then the DS-260 was completed and immediately after that we were able to proceed with document uploads.

Thanks Shumway, do they class the day you upload the documents to CEAC the SD / Scan Date?

I believe so, yes. That terminology never appeared (probably because PIVOT is a bit different), but in effect it's the same thing, they've received the "package" electronically. Then you just wait. I heard back 2 weeks later, some VJ'ers say they heard back as quickly as 5 days later that the documents were accepted.

Thanks for the info... I'm just trying to work out a rough timeline.
