Documents to submit w/ I-485 - please help verify

So we realized (from another thread) that we are late for filing and since we have all the documents ready, we would like to proceed to send everything in.  She's on an F-1 Visa now and in good standing.  Some quick questions:

 

1. For I-131, we checked Advanced Parole but will not attach any supporting info since we're sending it in with I-485.  I assume this is fine?

2. Should we use her ITIN number in all of the SSN fields?  It's not really a SSN so we left it blank.

 

Fee Payment

G-1145 (signed by me, husband)

G-28 - no need

I-485 w/ 2 photos attached

I-864 w/ my federal tax return

I-131 w/ 2 photos attached

I-765

G-325A

Other evidence (what should we include?)

Supporting documentation:

Her Birth Certificate

Her Form I-94 both sides

Anything else?

 

I-693 Medical Examination - we didn't do this yet but will send separately as soon as it's complete!

 

We plan on using paper clips to hold each form together separately and then a rubber band to tie everything together, then send to Chicago.

I believe these are the forms for your packet:

 

"I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)"
"I-130A (Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary)"
"I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status)"
"I-864 (Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA)"
"I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization)"
"I-131 (Application for Travel Document)"

If you decided not to send your Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) with the packet, I suggest you hold on to that until you received further update from USCIS since the examination report just valid for 1 year only.

Those priority dates are irrelevant to spouses of us citizens. There is no limits for immediate family (spouse, young children and parents). You can apply for adjustment of status anytime you want after getting married
