Help with part 5 of I130

Hello everyone,

 

 I am a permanent resident filling out an I130 form for my oldest daughter. I sent the I130 form requesting my youngest daughter two months.  I received a PD (Priority date) and  I am waiting for approval, I know it can take up to 2 years because I am permanent resident. Anyways, now I am filing an I130 form for my oldest daughter and I am not sure how to complete part 5: Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?

I guess the answer is YES since I already sent the petition to request my youngest daughter. However, I am not sure what to answer for the following questions:

3a. City or Town (what do they mean? is it the city where my youngest daughter lives/or the city where I live in US/ or what?)

4. Date Filed (Is this the day I sent the I130 form for my youngest daughter /or the priority date, or which date?)

5. Result for example approval, denied, withdrawn (not sure what to write here since I sent the request recently and haven't been approved, rejected or anything/ Would it be okay if I type 'pending')

 

Any comment would be highly appreciated.

3a I'd put where you lived when you filed it? Not 100% sure on that one.
