Visiting during K 1

My fiancee first visited me from this past May to June. We submitted our application for the petition for alien fiance about 2 weeks ago. My fiancee plans to come to visit me in again September and stay for about 3 months until December. Can she still use the same esta to travel? This would be her second time using it. And would staying that long that soon after the first visit and during the k1 process be okay? Thank you.

It's always up to immigrations whether to admit her or not. They will obviously ask why she is coming for that long, so she needs to be honest. As to is it okay being so close together, can't answer that myself.

I visited my fiancé on my ESTA whilst we was waiting on NOA2, make sure you have a return flight, proof of ties ie. letter from employer stating your expected to return to work after your trip, any proof of renting etc. - i also took a copy of my NOA1 letter that my fiancé received in the post.. i was asked at border patrol "what was the purpose of my visit?" i replied "visiting my fiancé" to which he replied "are you planning on moving here?" i replied "yes, we are in the process of a K1 fiance visa" he said "okay great" no proof was requested but i felt better knowing i had proof of ties and the copy of NOA1 to show we are going through the legal process. Just my experience, i cant guarantee you will be allowed as said above but i read alot of reassuring threads around the forum about visiting.

Would the time be a problem? She stayed with me for one month and now she's coming again for another 3. The first visit was May-June and now Sep-Dec.

Im not the person to ask that sorry! I cant advise you on times; my visits were every 6-9 months in between so they were not very frequent - hopefully someone else can answer that for you

for that long might raise eyebrows. my fiance comes here every month, but only stays for a long weekend. weve never had a problem, but he also takes a complete copy of the k1 package, an employment letter ,and always answers the questions truthfully.  but they can also look at his records and see hes done this trip coming on 28? times (I've lost count now lol) and never stayed longer than stated (okay, twice but one by a day and one by a week, well within his rights to do so and all before filing the k1), so he has a solid record of doing what he says he is doing and not overstaying or staying for long periods.
