Hi all,

So the first problem was the file was too big. Fixed that by compressing but now I can only submit one document in total? How do I do that when I had to scan all 10 pages separately of the AOS form AND have it be under 2 MB?!

We had a similar problem. We ended up scanning each page, turning them into jpegs (which somehow shrunk the file size) and then combining them all back into a single PDF. It was a bit ridiculous.

Uggg I know, right? I'll try that way. We did PDF files first and then compressed it and that didn't work. Thank you!

You're welcome! Hopefully that fixes the file size for you.

If you have a full version of adobe or any other PDF creator you can normally shrink the file size within the program after combining all the pdf files together. I've repeatedly done it until the file size was within limits.

Or, as suggested, convert JPGs into a single file then into a pdf.
