Hi,

I have been given a date in mid-August for my Spouse Visa interview at the London embassy.

When I called to schedule the medical examination, the earliest available date was early September.

At this time, I'll also be 37 weeks pregnant and if the baby comes early I won't be able to make the medical and will need to postpone the medical.

The embassy have told me to attend the interview on the scheduled date anyway, then to let them know (when I get there) the date of my scheduled medical. I'm a bit concerned that if I tell them my medical is on 7th September then end up postponing, they would not grant the visa because they wouldn't receive the medical report when expected.

Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation? I'd be so grateful to hear of your experiences with delayed medical examinations and the impact on your visa (other than delaying the receipt of the visa until after the medical).

Thanks in advance! :-)
