Please members of VJ I need your opinion ... My husband was refused in June 2015 and the case was sent back to USCIS for review. It was reaffirmed in June 1, 2018 and forwarded to DOS on the 8th June 2018. I received a letter on 10th July 2018 from NVC saying they have previously  processed the case file and have submitted it to the Ghana Consulate. I checked ceac last update 18th July 2018 it says AP. Does this mean my husband will be called to submit his passport or will have a second interview.

Yes the Embassy will be in contact with regards to interview and any updated documents.   Your husband will have a second interview and the Embassy will make a determination whether they will issue a visa.

The embassy will contact your husband to come for a second interview. Ghana embassy is very slow so give it a couple of months for the second interview. Best wishes

Your husband will need to go for another interview. The Ghana embassy has changed the process for scheduling reaffirmed interviews. Once the embassy has your case in their system, they will send you an email with instructions on how to schedule the interview. You will do it yourself, not the embassy. Just so you know interview slots fill up quickly, so you’ll want to check back often until you can get a date.

I checked my case using the invoice number nvc gave me it said case has been reopened if i may update it according to the instructions. I clicked on the reopened and it took me to the data entry information but I had previously filled it. Should I make necessary updates and submit again or what should I do
