Yeah, The main reason I can think of why we have RFE is lacking of joint bank account. My package was included tax return two years 2016 and 2017, life insurance 2017, car insurance 2017, some pictures. That s all I have. We live with my mother in law and she has been paying for all the bills. We do have joint bank account in the beginning but the account were closed because there were no money coming in. I am panic and dont know what to do since we do not have a lot financial mingle together

No offense but in the eyes of USCIS examiner this is considered weak evidence.

Not having a joint bank account after 2 years of marriage raises suspicion.

Ask your mother-in-law (assuming she is a US Citizen?) write a detailed explanation letter about why you don’t have any utilities in both of your names.

Do you have health insurance with a joint policy? Send them copies of your cards.

do you have any joint credit cards? Show them copies of those cards too.

have you taken any vacations and trips together? Send them copy of travel itinerary.

Hello!

I am in the process of finishing my N-400 online application.  I will be ready to send it July 6th, that's when my window opens.  Anybody else is planing on filing for naturalization?

My biometrics where completed back in December  and I have not received any notifications about my case yet, other than "we are still reviewing your case..." every few weeks.

Here is a link of another thread wit very useful information if you are interested.

Not at all. I agree with you. Not having joint bank account will raise suspicion. I have joint credit card but it was recently last month. I will have joint health insurance on july 2 cause I just got a new job also. I had four jobs last years due to the laid off and government shutdown...Yeah, I am planing to let my mother in law write me a letter explain that she is the one who pay for the bills. I will summit all the documents I have include tax this year, health insurance, and credit card even if they are recently. After I resubmit my new evidences, will they deny if the document still are insufficient?

Looks like you got your green card in October of 2016. I got mine in November 2016. I thought you had to wait until the 3 year mark of green card receipt, and then we can only apply for naturalization (meaning I would have to wait till November 2019) . Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks.

Exactly what pishteh said, you can apply up to 90 days before the actual 3-year mark. As I posted a few days on this thread,  on page 4 of the N-400 instructions, it says:

An applicant filing as the spouse of a U.S. citizen under section 319(a) of the INA may file up to 90 days before meeting the required 3-year period of continuous residence as an LPR.
