Hello all,

Nobody has received anything else??? No request for information?looks like we are in the "fingerprints" stage..

Good luck

I am thinking we'll start hearing about approvals soon, in 1-2 months. Things seem to be picking up

Hey all, so today I got an update on my case, which had sat at Figerprint Fee Was Received since August, no biometrics letter or waiver or anything. Today it updated to FIngerprint Review was Completed.

Not sure if that means I won't have to submit biometrics, but good to at least see an update of something. Anyone have an idea how long the wait going forward is likely to be?

Do you mind my asking when you submitted your ROC, which service centre and when they cashed your checks? Things changed quite a bit in August, thats when additional service centers were added so I am wondering what that means.

How long it will be depends on your service centre. For LIN I am thinking it will take another 3-4 months

No problem, sent my package off I think the 28th August.  Cheque was cashed 2nd September; there was the long wait around that time for the extension letter, but when it finally came through, it had the SRC service center, which is Texas. But once I got the extension letter, literally no update until today, when it updated to Fingerprint Review was Completed.

Be patient. I would suggest to wait at least 3 more months and then call. They are currently processing MAY/JUNE filers.

It will be a year already in three month since we submitted the case... the only phrase we saw it was "we got ur case", not even "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" or something.

Has anybody with NOA issued in Nebraska SC gotten any updates on biometrics? I called about a month ago, and was told they haven't started scheduling biometrics yet.

I also have Nebraska, just checked yesterday and nothing yet.

The same here.

Also seems like lots of cases are being transferred to Nebraska (my was there right away) does it mean it will slow down approvals for people like me? 😕 i would like to know how that works mmmm

Mine went there from the moment I got the extension letter, and has been there with no updates, I just think they are overwhelmed with the cases, how fast ( slow) they do them I don't know but we decided to give them at least 6 months before we call thats just us I don't know about others.

Hi there,
How do you know if your case has been transfered or not?
I initially sent it to CA but I can't find any information (or don't know where to look!) on my.uscis about where it currently is.

Thanks!

I personally don't know anything about my.uscis cause I can't use it (I don't have the case number needed for it as I never got that piece of paper handed to me early on..)
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do <-- is what I use.

For me, that page says "As of April 15, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCxxxxxxxxxx, at our Texas Service Center location.", so it is clearly at TSC now. I knew where the cash got checked (AZ) cause it said so on the bank statement, so to say.

I-751 sent: 08/09/18 @ CSC
I-751 received: 09/21/18 @ AZ

Check cashed: 09/25/18 @ AZ

I-751 NOA1 received: 11/19/18 @ TSC (SRC)

Biometrics apppointment date: waived 04/15/19
Case approved: 09/19/19 (no interview)
