I received this email today following my helpline conversation:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is conducting a brief customer satisfaction survey about your most recent experience using our website: www.uscis.gov. Completing this survey should take you no longer than ten minutes. Participation in this survey is voluntary and all responses are completely anonymous. We appreciate your participation and thank you for helping us improve USCIS services.

I wonder how to evaluate them... any thoughts ;)

It's a great opportunity to tell them about their service.  Honestly and objectively evaluating them would help everybody. Some of them are polite even when they deliver bad (read-more delays) news. Others are outright unhelpful.

i get that,we have a post office po box too。and we have been getting mail fine, but i dont know if our name is on it since the box is registered to my dad's name。my husband got mail from there before too,but the noa is still not here for him。。。so it is kind of weird

Just to be safe I will put my name on my home mailbox when I get home today.

i just called our post office man and he said it usually doesnt matter, because they deliver it anyway, cause there are 3000 po boxes and they cant look through each name to determine which mail is OK and not OK to deliver to the box。 unless the box say they dont want to receive someone's mail with a specific name, then they wont deliver it。he also told me they dont usually return mail to ppl often。

since our po box is somewhat a family shared box and i m not the primary user i cant add my husband, only my mom can。but according to the worker there he said you really dont have to。

i do remember my husband receive mail there before when we try to set up informed delivery with them and had to have USPS send a paper code over to him, which we got it fine。。。

so i dont think receiving his noa would be a problem, but gosh uscis is taking forever!

Just got my Infopass stamp today, and my GC expired on September 30th.

Stamp is valid for one year, agent did not take my expired GC.

Agent actually told me CSC started processing my application on October 5th, which is kind of confusing considering my cheque got cashed in Texas.

Still waiting for NOA1

Guys, I’m at work and haven’t checked my mail today but my lawyer just called me to let me know that my NOA receipt finally arrived at his office this morning! I don’t know anything about the receipt number. This is all I know: I filled on August 24 in California, checked was cashed on Oct 2 in Dallas. Hope everyone starts getting their NOAs as well
