No receipt letter or anything it’s been over a month! No communication I ended up messaging my congressman who has been updating me with everything they recently told me to schedule an appointment and uscis told me I have to just wait 🤷‍♀️ My green card expires today yay! Lol

Congressman sent me this.

USCIS has completed receipting and data entry for all filings of Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, received between May 1 and Sept. 9, 2018. Petitioners should receive receipt notices by Oct. 22, 2018.

On June 13, 2018, USCIS announced that the California Service Center (CSC) was experiencing a delay in initial data entry for Form I-751. After changing the filing location for Form I-751 from the USCIS Service Centers to the USCIS Lockbox facilities in September, USCIS completed receipting and data entry of these petitions on Oct. 1.

If you submitted a Form I-751 to the CSC between May 1 and Sept. 9, 2018, and you have not received a receipt notice, do not file a duplicate Form I-751 unless you have received a rejection notice or have been instructed to do so by the CSC.

If your two-year green card has expired and you have not received a receipt notice, you may schedule an appointment online for you and any eligible dependents to be seen at your local field office. If possible, bring evidence that you sent your Form I-751 via the U.S. Postal Service or a delivery service, such as FedEx. If you have any questions about the process, visit the USCIS Contact Center page.

That's exactly what is written on USCIS website. Your congressman just copy/paste text from USCIS website. Not helpful at all.

Just got a I-551 stamp on my passport. It is only valid for 2 months, the USCIS officer told me that since your extension letter is on the way we are only giving you 2 months on your passport. The officer wanted to cut my card before giving the 1 year extension, but I politely asked her to find out if there is another way to do it without cutting the card. Officer took my passport spoke to the supervisor and came back with the stamp.

Can anyone tell me what time the USCIS office is open, I work 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday to Friday.

They are also open during normal commercial hours. Look for your local office and they'll let you know dates and times that are available for an infopass appointment.

(I had to ask for PTO for my appointment)

Depends where your center is. Go to https://my.uscis.gov/appointment and enter your ZipCode to find the nearest center to you. Once you know your center just google the center name and find the time.

Might want to re-read that post - "no NOA1" :( Same here - I got the USPS informed delivery this morning, and nothing but junk mail, as expected.

We're all there buddy. I'm hoping for the same thing that a number of us will start getting our NOA1's...

I feel like the one or two people on the timeline who put in the timeline that they got their NOA1 ( by putting it in the NOA1 Date column) put the date they got from an e-mail or text... without actually receiving the NOA1...

Hi, I also haven't received my NOA yet, and my conditional green card will expire on 10/24. Can I take the flight with my unexpired driver's license within the united states? Hope everyone here will receive the NOA soon!!!

I wouldn't take the risk. Carry your passport with you to travel within US.

so did you get to keep your green card?

because the only way the NOA is valid - if you have it along with your NOA. It would not make sense to get the stamp for only two months and have the green card surrendered, because the NOA would be invalid without green card..
