Hey everyone I send my package around the last of July it was returned because I was missing $85 for the finger prints I resend it was deliver to them on August 16, I haven’t heard anything since then, getting worry now!! Has anyone send around the time I did and have already gotten an answer or a recipe number back! Any help would be gladly appreciated thanx :))

That's unfortunate. CSC got delayed by months and sent the packages to other centers. We have all been waiting, but a lot of checks have been getting cashed lately.

[*]09/02/2015 Received case number

[*]09/02/2015 Received packet 3

[*]10/16/2015 Had medical

[*]10/26/2015 Had interview in london (I was in the embassy for 7 hours)

[*]11/04/2015 Approved!! K1 visa received

[*]

[*] Green Card/AOS

[*]03/01/2016 Flew together for the first time :D!!

[*]03/01/2016 Arrived in the US, Saint Paul,MN

[*]03/04/2016 Applied for SSN (name was entered wrong by immigration at POE will take 4 weeks for card)

[*]03/08/2016 Got married at courthouse

[*]03/12/2016 Sent off AOS/EAD/AP

[*]03/23/2016 NOA 1

[*]03/25/2016 SSN received ( after 3 weeks!!) Opened joint bank accounts and my own account,added name to car insurance

It's definitely relaxed me much more now.  Helped to find out from people that the check is cashed first, then the NOA. I wasn't sure of the exact order.

Immigration told me they check the paper work is all there and ok, then they take the money, then send the NOA out. Otherwise we get the paperwork back with any details on what's wrong. :)

Hi everyone. I just found this thread so I added myself to the list. I was getting a little worried as its been 5 weeks since sending my I-751 packet and still no check cashed but it looks like others are in the same situation as me. A little nerve wracking though as my wife's green card expires on 10/14.
