I did call on the 30-day mark and was told that I should hear something w/in 30-45 days of receipt.... and I did. So please call after 45 days of receipt if you want an update.  😃

I sent mine via FedEx too. It was delivered on 8/13 and check got cashed yesterday. You turn should be just around the corner! Hang in there.

Delivered to CSC on 08/15
Check cashed at USCIS Phoenix office on 09/26.

I spoke to immigration yesterday and when I got to a tier 2 person they advised me to wait 30-60 days after receipt of my package that I sent by USPS on 8/17/2018.

I sent it tracked with a tracking number and delivery receipt so that I have evidence.  They told me of delays with processing at California which seems to matchup with what other people are saying.

 

Calling myself was useful to compare notes with you guys as we don't get consistent information unfortunately. :(
