Approved! Got a text message with a case update at 1am this morning, woke very quickly to check and saw 'New Card is being produced'. So happy!

Same here! File sent on 08/18, received by CSC on 08/21, the check has not been cleared and no NOA.

I called yesterday 09/20/2018 customer care center and she told me to wait to complete 2nd 30 days. because I called them last week on 09/13/2018 right after 30 days of filing at that time she took my information and forwarded email to the department, but this time she told me that email has been forwarded to the department last week. I asked about this delay but they don't say anything.

I asked about this delay but they don't say anything. The process should be faster, that's a service center not lockbox facility what I see lockboxs are pretty much faster than service centers.

60 days means, If you don't get your NOA within a month you can call them after 30 days of filing. When you call them first time they'll take your information & tell you to wait another 30 days.

Yes which means that they still will not help, give any type of extension or guidance to us. 🙁

They can advise us to wait forever, but we are the ones who may get in trouble for expired green card, no proof of residency, not renewing driver license etc.  Where is the law and justice here?

Oh man...so kind of like what I just did today with my husband then. The agent advised me to give it a week, if still no email contact or mail contact on any updates of our case then to call them again. But i really hope we hear back something...don't want to wait another 30 days.

 

I find it funny that they extend it for 18 months, yes it is good but then again it gives them more time to keep the slow pace they are at...I don't know how they would try to speed up.

yay update! so it looks they are forwarding packets to other service centers.

That is wonderful to hear! I just checked my bank, nothing yet...but it seems that maybe there will be something in the upcoming week...
