Once you call them after 30 days submission of your form you can't call them for another 30 days. I called them so, now just have to wait for another 30 days to call them again and wait for mail or email, there is no other option to know. I am checking my account everyday and thinking about my package.

I am pretty sure in one of the threads someone was told on the phone that we should be allowing 60 days for the NAO to come.

Hah, I think what worries me more is that all we did was USPS with tracking, and it got delivered. that's the only real indication that we have that it was dropped off somewhere, lol!

thats all i have too. usps receipt that says delivered to po box. who knows, maybe our package may still be sitting in the damn po box 😕 this waiting game is killing me slowly.

It is a requirement stated in the instructions. My guess is that you'll get your package returned

Hi, I sent my application on August 31 to CSC. No NOA received. I'm currently employed, my green card expired yesterday. Can I continue working? Some laywers say I can, others that I would work illegally.. I took leave of absence as I don't know what to do☹I can't loose my job. 

Second question if after 30 days I don't receive my NOA, can they stamp my passport at info pass appointment if I show them proof of UPS delivery? My info is not in their data base yet and they don't meet their deadlines recently. Please help..

I contacted my congressman and they told me I sent it to the wrong place 😩 I sent it to the California service center cus that’s what was on the uscis website! But not the website says Texas and Arizona I’m hoping they can find my packet I don’t want to have to redo it!! I have my tracking receipt and I sent it on August 18th they received it aug 20th. I just want a letter or the check cashed so I know they have it 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

The change in filing location took started 9/10/18. If you sent it before that date, then you're okay.

I read somewhere alien stays on legal status until his/her I-751 adjudicate. If they're asking you to show your status go get the stamp on your passport from infopass.

hello everyone !

when i filled the form on the area of the spouse and petitioner my computer did not let me type complete name , our last name is long so what it did was               A. ******** - ******* same for my spouse, there was no space for all the name , do any of you had this problem and do you think that this will be enough for them tp send the package back ?
