Received by California ofis : August 6, 2018

NOA1 date : August 29, 2018

Biometrics date : March 29, 2019

I am a bit worried and checking to see if I am in panic too early:)

 

8/23 - mailed package

8/24 - packaged received and return receipt mailed back to us

 

9/4 - called bank to check if our certified check has been cashed and the answer was NO....

 

So no NOA yet :( Anyone else in similar situation?

Looks like the office is delayed by 4 weeks. You should be expecting you letter towards end of Septembee

I don't want to sound rude, last time my post got removed.
But if u guys go thru this topic ull see that everyone waits around 4  weeks ATM.. So no you probably wont receive it for another 2 weeks.
You are good even if ur green card expired, as long as USCIS received it on the last day of green card, or before.
Even if u send application only, without one evidence, USCIS cares right now only about application pages, and payment, you'll get an extension.

yes they are delayed, mine received on 8/06 and got my NOA today 9/4... so, just be patient.

At least wait for 20 ish days..i sent mine on 8/6 and they just gave me my receipt number last friday 8/31 so you are fine!
