OMG!!!!!! Sorry to hear that. Usually, USCIS stamp your passport when they load the info/case in their system. I suggest to call them until they find your case in the system.

I call everyday and nothing on the system :(

Today, my husband just received his I-797 saying his conditional resident status is extended for 18 months. USCIS may stamp your passport when the case and your file has been loaded/feed-in to the system. Give them a call everyday until you have a positive response from them or request to talk a 2 tier officer.

When did you guys send it ?

Hi All,

I made a post for this topic and thought of sharing this in this thread too..

My 2 years conditional green card expires in December 2018, I'll be applying for I751 in September 2018.. Need help in applying for the application:

A. I did not received any letter from USCIS for applying the I751, so is it safe to apply in September ?

B. I changed my address this year (moved due to job), I changed the address online, do I need to submit the AR_11 hardcopy with the application too?

C. When can i expect to get the extension letter once i send the package?

D. I've arranged the following documents, please let me know if I am missing any important documents:

1. 1-751 form signed

2. copy of marriage certificate

3. copy of marriage translation

4. copy of marriage affidavits ( I've submitted original at the time of cr-1 so it ok to submit copy)?

5. copy of green card copy

6. copy of all pages of passport

7. copy of ssn

8. copy of Driving license (previous and current)

9. copy of birth certificate with translation

10. copy of spouse (us citizen) naturalization , ssn, driving license and passport )

11. copy of tax return of 2 years

12. proof of residence ( current residence - rental agreement, car insurance, bank of statements, residence affidavits-2 )

13. employment letter and paystubs

14. proof of residence (previous address- bank statements, driving license, car insurance, residence affidavits-2)

 15. relation proof (travelling, hotel reservations, joint accounts statements photos)

Appreciate your help..

Thanks..!!

Hi Goldfish 123,

A. I did not get any letter from USCIS but I applied within the 90-days window.

B. I also updated our address online and got a confirmation on their website. I filled the application with the current address and my NOA 1 arrived safely.

C. It depends on where you need to file. CSC is backed up about a month and VSC seems to be super fast 7-10 days after.

D. Suggesting missing documents:

4. Send original and notarized marriage affidavits

11. Get the IRS transcripts on the website. Super easy and just print them.

Additional, include a cover letter and send a personal check so you can track when your case has been touched.

Regards.
