Do we need to submit both Tax returns and Tax transcripts or only the Tax returns are sufficient?

Also i need to ask is the copy of marriage affidavit fine or we need original affidavits (as originals were submitted at the time of applying cr-1)?

Would Appreciate your help..

Marriage certificate is not necessary, they know you’re married. I sent transcript from IRS.

I still sent a copy of my marriage certificate. If you can submit it, I don't see a reason why not.

Hi everyone !!

So I sent my i751 package on July 20th and it came back on Aug 6th denied because it asked for a copy of my green card which was already in there ? So I re sent me package on Aug 6 and it was received on the 7th someone signed and picked it up. However the money hasnt been cashed out and no NOA? I'm super worried and stressed out. Anyone else on the same boat ?

I did go to USCIS so they can stamp my passport because I need to travel too se my family, and I'm pregnant after awhile I cant travel however they denied because my application is not even on file ! I feel like I'm running around in circles.

OMG!!!!!! Sorry to hear that. Usually, USCIS stamp your passport when they load the info/case in their system. I suggest to call them until they find your case in the system.

Question:

Did ALL of you use a cover letter with the application? I just read it is not required to do so, but helpful if you have unusual circumstances or need to clarify the details of your case.

Yes, I did include a cover letter. USCIS is loaded with a lot of cases and one of your copies can be improperly separated from the rest. Just Trying to avoid RFE.

Hi !! Any update ?? Noa ? Did you get a stamp? I went to get a stamp but they refused because I did not have the noa. I've sent mine out on the 6th, was received and signed on the 7th and still nothing.

Today, my husband just received his I-797 saying his conditional resident status is extended for 18 months. USCIS may stamp your passport when the case and your file has been loaded/feed-in to the system. Give them a call everyday until you have a positive response from them or request to talk a 2 tier officer.
