Filled on 8/6/18 csc no transfer. Got RFE yesterday. 

This is really nightmare. After all the stress before getting first gc, now they decided to bother me more. Me and my wife filled pretty much everything we had. Idk what they want for me anymore. Been with my wife for 5 years and i still have to think r they gonna separate us. Im so depressed plus i cant travel to see my sick father rn.. goodluck everyone else. At least they r finally doing csc early august

Do you have a pending N400? meaning did you apply for Citizenship while awaiting I751 approval?

Filed at the end of August and got an SRC case number. Just been approved today after having case transferred to Potomac in October and having a biometrics appointment also at the end of October.

I just received an online notification which says that New Card is Being Produced. I had been very depressed as It took like forever to get approved, but  the waiting now finally was over. USCIS Issues Guidance on Adjustment of Status by Aliens Whose Conditional Permanent Residence Has Been Terminated

USCIS today issued policy guidance (PDF, 382 KB) explaining how USCIS applies Matter of Stockwell and clarifying when USCIS may adjust the status of an alien whose Conditional Permanent Resident (CPR) status has been terminated. An immigration judge does not need to affirm the termination of CPR status before the alien can file a new adjustment of status application.

An alien with CPR status obtains lawful permanent resident status either based on marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (if the marriage is less than two years at the time the alien adjusts status or is admitted for lawful permanent resident status) or based on an immigrant investor (EB-5) visa.

An alien with CPR status is generally ineligible to adjust their status on a new basis under the provisions of section 245(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. However, USCIS may adjust an alien’s status if their CPR status has been terminated and:

  • The alien has a new basis for adjustment of status;
  • The alien is otherwise eligible to adjust status; and
  • USCIS has jurisdiction over the adjustment of status application.

Time spent in the prior CPR status does not count toward the residency requirements for naturalization.

This guidance applies to adjustment of status applications filed with USCIS on or after Nov. 21, 2019.

CSC, no transfer, no RFE, no interview....still took long enough. Filed end of August '18 and Fingerprints were done early July '19. My timeline is below in my signature.

I'm not sure what your specific situation is, but I traveled overseas twice without issues on the NOA letter and with a stamp in my passport.
