We got the email this morning that my husbands 10 year green card is on its way ! No RFE and no interview. Filed 8/10/18, received at California Service Center on 9/6/18, biometrics in March 2019, transferred to Potomac in June and now its over ! Good luck to all !!!

Hi,

 

I am august 2018 filer and got a letter yesterday with an interview time scheduled in my local office. I did not revived any RFE and I sent many deviance. Has anyone been in this situation? Also it didn't even change on the website, it still shows fingerprint revived. I'm kinda freaking out ads if why this is happening. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you sent your case with waiver ( divorce)  ?

This may sound really dumb, but listen... reread the letter carefully. Are you certain it's not just your biometrics appointment? The letter paper folds right where it says "biometrics." A lot of people are getting biometrics appointments despite it being waiver earlier in the year.

 

Unless you filed for your n-400, it's very uncommon to get just an interview appointment like that, especially without website update.

It is an interview appointment. My husband filled for divorce mid- October but I haven't even signed or send it in. Could it be that maybe?

Well there you said it maybe he called USCIS or something because they usually don’t ask for an interview without a waiver sent in so you need to get a lawyer.

Unlikely. I strongly recommend consulting a lawyer immediately, as this situation is very tricky. You need to switch to a waiver application and with a scheduled interview that's very tricky and out of the norm. Please go to a lawyer right away!

Yes I agree she should never heard of any situations like this without a waiver.
