Thank you!  I brought evidence, the documents that the specify on the interview letter, and some family ad vacations picture, statements, proof of insurance (health and auto), ttax records, etc., but she did not ask to see any. She just asked if we were still living together, about how many kids we have (he as 3 and I have 3).  She said at the end that she usually asks questions about moments, not specific dates, because she knows that a lot of men do not remember dates, lol.  They won't send my green card, just my children's.  Although my two youngest kids will gain citizenship through me because they are under 18 years old.  Good luck!!

YES! It is my biometric appointment. Back in April 2019 USCIS sent me a letter stating my bio appt is waived and they will use my old one. But last MONDAY- 10/28 I did my biometrics appt.

Hi everyone,

 

Just wanted to inform that I received an email notification stating that an action has been taken on my case. After checking it says "New Card is Being Produced"'.

For those who have been following me, would know that I have not shown any interest in getting my green card in the light of what happened and my own personal situation due to my divorce and PTSD that I am fighting on daily basis. I am writing this post for those who are divorce waiver filers so that they can get hope of getting it if they want it badly. I am moving to Canada as I have received my PR through express entry and don't have to deal with abuse of the system here. Additionally, I want to self assure myself that I can immigrate to any country of my own choice without the help of spouse (and just on the basis of my education and skill set) and it is just me so no offense to anyone out there. It is just my personal circumstances that have made me bitter I guess. Anyways, this is not why I am writing this post, just to give my timeline and to clear out some perceptions which are not true

Card Produced 10/28/19

 

No RFE, No Transfer and it was a divorce waiver. Also, there is no need to get an affidavit from the spouse or his/her family. I don't understand why would someone give you a good affidavit when they have and are ready to destroy you even more by sending jeopardizing letters to USCIS. Anyways, best of luck to all the couples, may you all stay happy together always and the divorce fellows just hang in there, if you have not done anything wrong and are being truthful it should eventually go in your favor. I do believe that truth still prevails in this world no matter how bad of a situation you are in, but in my case it is just my personal preference to leave. Good luck all and have a pleasant journey ahead.

I had an RFE in August so I had to provide more evidence. That was sent at the beginning of October.

 

On Tuesday I received my letter notifying me that the conditions have been removed and on Wednesday, I received my green card.  So happy and relieved now!

Strangely I didn't receive and email letting me know that there was a change to my case.

Has anyone received a RFE from Texas service center recently? I got the notification from uscis.gov that an RFE was issued more than 10 days ago but never received it in the mail, i'm concerned USPS lost it.
