I came into US Nov, 2016 as an immigrant via my wife. I filed for my green card by jan, 2017 but did not receive it. After several enquiries from the USCIS I was informed that a 10years GC was sent to my address on Feb, 2017. As a result, I changed my address and applied for replacement  by April 2017 but haven't got the card uptil this moment . I later got a new job out of my original state and moved to another state by April 2018 yet I haven't gotten the card yet. I later got a message from USCIS that my case was pending but last month I got another message that my case is on review. Can someone please throw more light on this.

Here's the light I can shed.  How can anyone keep up with you?  You keep moving...no wonder you never got your card/s.

You may be right though. But the truth remains that my movements was never intentional. The first change of address was cos of the card that was lost because we later realized that intruders intercepts some of our mails as a result of the neighborhood.  The second is for economic purposes (job). My family can't stay hungry because of the fact that I'm waiting for my card. Seriously worried
