So that the whole process isn't stressful enough, I just got a job offer for basically my dream job! Only thing is that I need to be in USA latest 2nd of November. Still in the process uploading all documents for NVC and then waiting for the CC. I am sooo happy for the job offer and so nervous I won't get the GC before end of October.

NVC is same as the Dept Of State. You can call NVC 7days after you got notified on the USCIS app if they have received your approved petition from USCIS.

I am hoping that they will accept all the documents and no checklist. Currently waiting for one police certification that seems to take a bit more than normal. I am even willing to change my flight times if I get earlier interview date! Originally I should get back to Estonia on 21st of October and that would leave me 10 days to get medical+interview done before I have to fly out to USA but if I get interview date earlier, I will just try to change flights.
